Madeleine has worked in organisations for the last 23 years, specialising in managing interactions with people. Madeleine completed a degree in social work at Massey University in 1979 then worked as a social worker in the health and mental health areas. She was appointed the Staff Welfare Officer for a local government organisation prior starting a private practice in 1995. Madeleine has Negotiation and Influencing training from CMNZ which was affliated with the Harvard Negotiation Project. Madeleine is a certified mediator with LEADR, an accredited Conflict Partnership Facilitator and Trainer, a certified Executive Coach a registered Social Worker and is currently working towards her certification in Organisational Transactional Analysis.
